Tower Bridge is next to the Tower Of London and St Katherine's Docks, bothe of which are also worth a look around.
The top walkways are open to paying guests, and offer fantastic views over the City.
When finished here, you can either head back into the City, or cross the bridge and head along the South Embankment back towards the West End.
Tower Bridge is pretty much the furthest point East in London that most tourists go, with the possible exception of the Thames Barrier.
